Username enumeration via account-lockout behavior

Observable response discrepancy in the token login endpoint in vantage6 before 3.8.0 allows remote attackers to enumerate valid usernames. The login path increments failed-attempt counters only after username_exists succeeds, so repeated invalid passwords cause an account-lockout state only for registered names. No authentication or user interaction is required, but enumeration requires repeated login attempts and exposes account existence while temporarily blocking the tested valid account.
