Browser script execution via unencoded c parameter

Reflected XSS in the L-Soft LISTSERV 17.x web interface allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript in another user's browser. The BODY-LCMD-MESSAGE template inserts the attacker-controlled c parameter through &+CMD; without HTML encoding, reflecting it into the response. Exploitation requires a user to open a crafted wa.exe URL, after which the injected JavaScript or HTML runs within that browser session.
