System crash via repeated nftables chain binding

Denial of service in the Linux kernel before 5.19.6 allows local users to crash the system by binding to an already bound nftables chain. nft_verdict_init() failed to reject a verdict-chain reference when nft_chain_is_bound() was already true, permitting an invalid second binding. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access to load netfilter rules, and the bounded consequence is a system crash rather than data access or modification.
