Proxy credential disclosure via upgrade logging

Information exposure in IBM Robotic Process Automation Client 21.0.3 and 21.0.4 allows physically proximate attackers to read proxy credentials. During an upgrade, the client writes proxy credentials into C:\ProgramData\IBM Robotic Process Automation\Setup\SetupServices.log instead of excluding or redacting them. Exposure requires a proxy configuration and a prior client upgrade, and the consequence is limited to proxy credential disclosure.
