Service interruption via incomplete HTTP connection exhaustion

Resource exhaustion in Siemens RUGGEDCOM ROS devices allows remote attackers to interrupt service via partial HTTP requests. The embedded web server waits indefinitely for each unfinished request, allowing nonstop partial requests to occupy every available HTTP connection. No authentication or user interaction is required, and HTTP service remains unavailable until the request stream ends.
