Code execution via X_T parser buffer overwrite

Out-of-bounds write in Siemens Parasolid and Simcenter Femap allows attackers to execute code through a crafted X_T file. The X_T parser writes past the end of an allocated buffer while processing malformed geometry data. Execution requires a user to open the file and runs in the current process context; affected branches are Parasolid 33.1, 34.0, 34.1, and 35.0 and Simcenter Femap 2022.1 and 2022.2.
