Local privilege escalation via fixed-file reference mismanagement

Use-after-free in Linux Kernel 5.18.0 through 5.19.10 allows local users to escalate privileges through an io_uring MSG_RING request. The io_msg_ring path calls io_fput_file on a permanently registered fixed file, improperly decrementing its reference count and leaving freed memory reachable. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and an enabled io_uring subsystem, and successful abuse grants elevated privileges or crashes the system.
