Local unauthorized power-service reconfiguration via missing permission check

Missing authorization in the power service on UNISOC chipsets running Android 10–12 allows local users to reconfigure the service. The service processes setup requests without checking whether the caller holds the required permission; UNISOC has not disclosed the interface or code path. A local low-privileged caller and no user interaction are required, and exploitation grants unauthorized control over power-management configuration.
