Authenticated command execution via watchdog URL injection

Command injection in ZTE MF286R Nordic_MF286R_B06 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands over the local network. The WATCH_DOG_SWITCH handler passes the net_link_detect_url value to zte_net_link_detect without neutralizing shell metacharacters. Exploitation requires administrator credentials and an active WAN or SIM connection, and successful injection executes commands with the router firmware privileges.
