Unauthorized file overwrite in affected ZTE mobile phones allows local users to alter system configuration files and user installers. ZTE has not published the affected component or the operation that permits an installed malicious application to bypass file-access controls. Exploitation requires application installation and user interaction, after which protected configuration and installer content can be replaced without permission.
