Service crash via unchecked F-TEID length

Buffer overflow in Open5GS UPF before 2.4.9 allows remote attackers to crash the service via a crafted PFCP Session Establishment Request. The PFCP PDR handler copies the request's Local F-TEID into a fixed-size structure without bounding the length, then reuses the corrupted length in a response memcpy. Access to the UPF PFCP endpoint is sufficient, and successful exploitation interrupts the LTE or 5G packet-core service.
