Service hang via many-recipient email

Infinite-loop DoS in affected OTRS and OTRS Community Edition releases allows remote attackers to hang the system using a many-recipient email. Processing the attacker-controlled recipient list enters an infinite loop; the vendor has not published the affected function or exit condition. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the reported consequence is an availability-only service hang.
