Cross-site scripting in affected OTRS and Community Edition releases allows remote authenticated users to run JavaScript through a manipulated URL. OTRS has not disclosed the affected route, parameter, or output-encoding failure that places URL content into the administrative interface. Exploitation requires an administrator session and user interaction, and successful execution can read or alter data available to that browser context.
