Reflected XSS in the Bulletin function in e-Excellence Inc. U-Office Force 20.50.7821D allows remote attackers to inject JavaScript. The Bulletin function returns special characters from request parameters without sufficient filtering, placing attacker-controlled script in the response. No authentication is required, but a user must open the crafted request for the script to run in the application's security context.
