Arbitrary file read via download path traversal

Path traversal in U-Office Force through 20.50.7821D Build:202104sp1 allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary system files. The temporary-file download function accepts a path parameter without confining it to the intended directory, so traversal sequences select files elsewhere on the server. Any general user account can reach the function after login and bypass its file-access controls, exposing system-file contents without changing or deleting them.
