Webhook token disclosure via unredacted test logs

Information exposure in affected GitLab releases before 15.6.1 allows remote authenticated users to read webhook tokens from test logs. Webhook testing records the X-Gitlab-Token request header in a log entry, and the log view renders that secret in plain text instead of redacting it. A project Maintainer can retrieve the token and use it to spoof requests to the configured webhook receiver; no administrator access or user interaction is required.
