Unauthorized HISP access via kernel-space check bypass

Protection-mechanism failure in the HISP module in Huawei HarmonyOS 2.0 and EMUI 12.0.0 allows remote attackers to gain unauthorized access. The HISP kernel-space path fails to enforce a check on transferred data, allowing that data to bypass the module's intended access boundary. No privileges or user interaction are required, and the documented consequence is limited to unauthorized HISP-module access and confidentiality exposure.
