Service interruption via MPTCP memory leak

Memory leakage in Huawei HarmonyOS and EMUI allows remote attackers to exhaust device memory through the MPTCP module. Huawei identifies an unreleased-memory condition in MPTCP but has not disclosed the affected code path or the input that leaves allocations live. No privileges or user interaction are required; repeated triggering can deplete memory and interrupt service without reported data disclosure or modification.
