Unauthenticated database inference via User-Agent SQL injection

SQL injection in BluePage CMS 3.9 and earlier allows remote attackers to infer database data through a crafted User-Agent header. The request-processing path insufficiently sanitizes the HTTP User-Agent value before incorporating it into a MySQL query, permitting time-based blind SLEEP payloads. No authentication or user interaction is required; the demonstrated consequence is indirect disclosure through response-timing differences.
