Unauthenticated SQL injection via crafted cookie token

SQL injection in BluePage CMS 3.9 and earlier allows remote attackers to access the database through a crafted HTTP Cookie header. The users-cookie-settings token is insufficiently sanitized before it reaches a MySQL query, allowing a time-based blind SLEEP payload to alter query execution. The network request requires no authentication or user interaction; successful injection can read or modify database data and delay application responses.
