Application crash via malformed percent-encoded input

Improper input validation in decode-uri-component before 0.2.1 allows remote attackers to crash consuming Node.js applications. Malformed percent-encoded input causes decodeComponents to return a value whose join member is not callable, triggering an uncaught TypeError. Attackers must control URI components that reach the library; the exception interrupts the consuming application without reported data access or modification.
