Process interruption via MOV index buffer overflow

Buffer overflow in mov_build_index in MPlayer and MEncoder SVN-r38374-13.0.1 allows local users to interrupt either program via a crafted MOV file. The flaw resides in libmpdemux/demux_mov.c; public records identify an out-of-bounds write but do not disclose the faulty index calculation or destination buffer. Exploitation requires a user to open attacker-supplied media, after which the affected process can be interrupted.
