Cross-site scripting in EspoCRM 7.1.8 allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript when an administrator imports a crafted CSV file. The Import feature renders CSV field content without neutralizing embedded script markup, causing the payload to execute during import. Exploitation requires administrator interaction, and the resulting code runs in that administrator's browser context with access to session data and account actions.
