Code execution via JBIG2 symbol-count overflow

Integer overflow in Poppler 22.08.0 and earlier allows context-dependent attackers to crash or execute code via a crafted PDF or JBIG2 image. JBIG2Stream::readTextRegionSeg() adds referenced symbol-dictionary sizes into an unsigned count without checking for wraparound before allocating the symbol-pointer array. An application must process the malicious file; the wrapped count underallocates the array, so later symbol writes can crash the process or execute code within the application's context.
