Improper access control in FactoryTalk VantagePoint 8.0, 8.10, 8.20, 8.30, and 8.31 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code. The product's SQL Server account grants read-only application users the ability to submit SQL statements against the back-end database. Read-only product access is required; successful abuse permits code execution and access to restricted database data.
