SSRF in IBM Cognos Analytics 11.1.7, 11.2.0, and 11.2.1 allows remote attackers to request internal-network or local-file URLs. A URL-construction path accepts user-controlled data without restricting the resulting destination, although IBM does not disclose the affected endpoint or function. No authentication or user interaction is required; the server can issue requests to resources that are otherwise unreachable by the attacker.
