Avatar disclosure via unauthenticated user ID enumeration

Information disclosure in GitLab allows remote attackers to download user avatars by requesting predictable user-ID-based upload paths. The uploads route serves /uploads/-/system/user/avatar/{user_id}/avatar.png directly without enforcing the instance's public-visibility restriction, so sequential identifiers expose stored avatar images. The flaw is reachable without cookies or tokens on private instances that restrict public visibility, and it discloses profile images while revealing which guessed accounts have avatars.
