Physical code execution via oversized recovery payload

Buffer overflow in FDL1 on affected UNISOC SoCs allows physically proximate attackers to execute code via an oversized USB recovery payload. The usb_get_packet function writes decoded host data into a fixed global buffer without enforcing a maximum payload size. The device must be placed in USB recovery mode; on a T700-based Moto E40, the overflow reached executable FDL1 memory and granted code execution before the operating system loaded.
