Kernel denial of service via unchecked write

Out-of-bounds write in the UNISOC face detect driver on Android 10.0 through 12.0 allows local users to interrupt kernel operation. The driver omits a bounds check before writing data, permitting an out-of-range write within the kernel component. Local access to a device using an affected UNISOC chipset is required; published materials do not specify whether the interruption is a hang, crash, or reboot.
