Stored XSS via unescaped job names

Stored XSS in Jenkins Job Configuration History Plugin 1165.v8cc9fd1f4597 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to run browser scripts. The System Configuration History page inserts a configured job name into HTML without escaping it, so the stored name becomes executable markup. Attackers need permission to configure job names, and a viewer must load the affected history page; script then runs in that viewer's browser.
