OS command injection in Apache Airflow Pinot Provider before 4.0.0 allows remote attackers to execute commands in an Airflow task context. PinotAdminHook reads cmd_path from an Airflow connection's extra data and passes that value as the executable to subprocess.Popen. A reachable deployment that permits attacker control of Pinot connection extras is required; DAG-file write access is not required.
