Database disclosure via voiceAudit parameter SQL injection
Published Sep 19, 2022 · Updated Jul 9, 2026
SQL injection in SmartVista SVFE2 2.2.22 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read database contents via the voiceAudit:j_id97 parameter. The voiceAudit:j_id97 input at /SVFE2/pages/audit/voiceaudit.jsf is inserted into a SQL query without effective neutralization, allowing crafted quote and boolean expressions to alter query results and dump data. An account on SmartVista SVFE2 is required; the documented impact is database confidentiality loss, with no evidence of unauthenticated access or service interruption.
