Arbitrary file disclosure via unchecked PATH parameter

Path traversal in IGB Files and OutfileService of SmartVista Cardgen 3.28.0 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary files. These features use the attacker-controlled PATH value for file-listing and download operations without restricting the resolved location. No authentication or user interaction is required, and disclosure is limited to files readable by the Cardgen service process.
