Service interruption via unreleased video-filter memory

Memory leakage in vf.c and vf_vo.c in MPlayer SVN-r38374-13.0.1 allows local users to exhaust memory through malformed media files. The vf.c and vf_vo.c error paths leave memory unreleased after an unplayable file is rejected, causing allocations to accumulate across successive files. Triggering a service interrupt requires user interaction and many unplayable files in sequence; an MPlayer maintainer characterized the leak as minor and difficult to turn into denial of service.
