Database disclosure via injectable candidate identifier
Published Sep 19, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
SQL injection in Janobe Interview Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to read database data through a crafted id value. The delete-candidate endpoint interprets the id query parameter as SQL syntax, and an updatexml expression returns the current database name through an error. A Super Admin session is required; public evidence demonstrates database-name disclosure but does not establish broader command execution.
