Strip process crash via out-of-bounds section read

Heap-buffer overflow in GNU Binutils before 2.40 allows local users to crash strip by supplying a crafted object file. While copying a malformed section, coff_set_section_contents passes a one-byte heap buffer to bfd_getl32, which reads beyond its allocation. Successful exploitation requires a user to process the crafted file with strip and interrupts only that process; no data disclosure or modification is reported.
