XLIFF disclosure via missing export permission checks

Missing authorization in Liferay Portal 7.4.3.12 through 7.4.3.36 and DXP 7.4 updates 8 through 36 allows remote attackers to download XLIFF files. ExportTranslationServlet.doGet wrote requested content items into an export archive without requiring authentication or ActionKeys.VIEW permission. Exploitation is remote and unauthenticated but requires interaction with a crafted URL, and its reported consequence is limited to reading translation content.
