Process crash via malformed Mach-O section

Reachable assertion in LIEF 0.12.1 and earlier allows local users to crash a consuming process by supplying a crafted Mach-O file. The parser continues after detecting corrupted section data, reaches vector::_M_default_append with an invalid length, and terminates on an uncaught std::length_error. A user or consuming application must parse the malicious file; the demonstrated consequence is process termination without data disclosure or modification.
