Heap overflow in Adobe Photoshop 22.5.8 and earlier or 23.4.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute code via a malicious SVG file. SVG parsing copies user-supplied data into a fixed-length heap buffer without first validating its length, allowing an overwrite. Exploitation requires the target to visit a malicious page or open a malicious file and runs code in the current user's process context.
