Unauthenticated file disclosure via Solr XXE processing

XXE in the Apache Solr service in Adobe ColdFusion 2018 Update 14 and earlier and 2021 Update 4 and earlier allows remote attackers to read files. The Solr XML parser resolves a URI in a crafted document and embeds the referenced file contents into the XML document for further processing. No authentication or user interaction is required, and files are disclosed with the privileges of the ColdFusion service account.
