Unauthenticated OS command execution via hard-coded Telnet credentials

Hard-coded credentials in the Telnet server of Allied Telesis CentreCOM AR260S V2 before 3.3.7 allow remote attackers to execute OS commands. The Telnet authentication routine accepts credentials embedded in the firmware, granting command execution without a user-created account. Telnet must be enabled, an unsupported maintenance-only configuration that is disabled by default; the firewall is enabled by default.
