Service crash via undersized ConnDiag packet

Out-of-bounds read in ASUS RT-AX82U 3.0.0.4.386_49674-ge182230 allows remote attackers to crash cfg_server via a UDP packet. cm_processConnDiagPktList subtracts the 12-byte header from an undersized packet length, underflowing the size passed into repeated EVP_DecryptUpdate calls and causing a wild read. The unauthenticated service listens on UDP port 7788 by default; reaching it can terminate cfg_server, interrupting router configuration and AiMesh diagnostics.
