Remote service interruption via unreleased FTP memory

Resource exhaustion in Siemens Nucleus NET FTP server allows remote attackers to interrupt service through incomplete connections. The server reserves memory for incomplete FTP connection attempts but fails to release it, allowing repeated attempts to exhaust available memory. No authentication or user interaction is required; the FTP service must be enabled, and affected embedded devices can lose availability.
