Information disclosure via HTTP header overreads

Out-of-bounds reads in OpenWrt before 21.02.3 and 22.03.0-rc6 allow remote attackers to disclose memory via crafted HTTP headers. The cgi-io header_value() parser advances past the supplied buffer in two loops that fail to stop when the remaining length reaches zero. An unauthenticated network request can trigger two one-byte overreads, exposing adjacent process memory without modifying data or interrupting service.
