Cross-site scripting in Nagios XI 5.8.6 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in another user's browser via System Performance Settings. Public sources identify the Admin panel page but do not disclose the affected input field or the missing output-encoding operation. Administrative access is required to submit the payload, and another user must open the affected content, exposing data and actions available to that browser session.
