Stored XSS in Nikel Beautiful Cookie Consent Banner before 2.9.1 allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts through plugin settings. The plugin stores multiple administrator-supplied setting values without adequate input sanitization and later emits them into generated pages without output escaping. Administrator privileges are required, and the script runs when another user loads an affected page even where unfiltered_html is disabled, including WordPress multisite.
