SSRF in Portal for ArcGIS within Esri ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8.1 and 10.7.1 allows remote attackers to read internal hosts via crafted URLs. Esri has not disclosed the affected request handler or which SSRF protection fails to constrain attacker-supplied URLs. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the portal can enumerate internal networks or return data from hosts behind its perimeter.
