Script execution via reflected crafted-link input

Reflected XSS in Portal for ArcGIS 10.7.1 and 10.8.1 allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript through a crafted link. Esri has not published the affected request parameter or the server-side output-encoding operation that reflects attacker-controlled input into the returned page. Exploitation requires an unauthenticated attacker to persuade a victim to open the link, after which script runs in the victim's browser context and can read or alter data available to that page.
