Internal resource disclosure via anonymous URL fetch

SSRF in Esri Portal for ArcGIS 10.8.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to read arbitrary URLs through the anonymous analyze endpoint. The sharing/rest/content/features/analyze handler accepts an untrusted URL and fetches it server-side without first enforcing authentication. No portal account or user interaction is required, and the response can expose resources reachable from the portal host.
