Reflect file download in JetBrains Ktor before 2.1.0 allows remote attackers to induce a malicious file download via a crafted URL. ContentDisposition.withParameter passes filename* values containing disallowed characters into the Content-Disposition header without RFC 5987 percent-encoding. Exploitation requires a Ktor application to place attacker-influenced text in filename* and a user to follow the link and open the downloaded file.
